Welcome to Review Buddy ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services, so please read them carefully before using our platform.

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the service.

"Service" refers to Review Buddy, an AI-powered Google Business Profile review response automation tool.

"User," "you," and "your" refers to the individual or entity that has agreed to these Terms by accessing or using our Service.

"Content" refers to any text, data, information, graphics, images, or other materials that are displayed or available through the Service.

"Google Business Profile" refers to Google's business listing platform, formerly known as Google My Business.

In order to use our Service, you must create an account using your Google account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration process
• Maintain the security of your account
• Accept all responsibility for any activity that occurs under your account
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit Content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

To use Review Buddy, you must authorize our application to access your Google Business Profile information. When you connect your Google account, you grant us permission to:

• View and manage your Google Business Profile information
• Read and respond to reviews on your behalf
• Access data needed to provide our services

You may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting your Google account from our Service through your account settings or by contacting us.

Review Buddy offers various subscription plans. By selecting a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

All subscriptions will automatically renew until canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we do so, we will provide notice at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

We may offer a free trial period for our Service. When the free trial period ends, we will automatically start charging you for the subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

You may cancel your free trial at any time during the trial period without being charged through your account settings.

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses to customer reviews. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated responses are created automatically based on the content of reviews
• You maintain responsibility for all content posted through your account, including AI-generated responses
• You should review generated responses before they are posted, when using the review option
• We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated responses

Review Buddy and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any of the material on our website without prior written consent.

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By providing content to us, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use all intellectual property rights in and to any content you provide.

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that is offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate our company, employees, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which may harm us or users of the Service
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service
• To use the Service to send automated, unsolicited, or unauthorized messages or communications

In no event shall Review Buddy, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any:

• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content
• Personal injury or property damage related to your use of the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Service
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through our Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no warranty that:

• The Service will meet your requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any AI-generated responses or other products, services, information, or other material obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Review Buddy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your use of the Service has harmed a third party

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and disconnect your Google account.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
